Shareholding Agreement Attestation & Apostille from India
Legalise an Indian shareholding agreement for any country. Pick the destination below to see its exact route, checklist and FAQs.

What is shareholding agreement attestation?
A shareholders' agreement sets out the rights of investors and promoters. Authorities abroad, and foreign banks or joint venture partners, also ask for a certified shareholding pattern to see who owns the Indian company.
Both are notarised and attested by a Chamber of Commerce, then taken to the MEA. For embassy countries the destination embassy legalises them; Hague countries accept the MEA apostille.
Who issues it in India
Shareholders' agreements are executed by the company and its shareholders; the shareholding pattern or list is certified by a director or practising Company Secretary.
Why it is needed abroad
- Foreign subsidiary or branch registration
- Beneficial ownership checks by banks
- Joint venture approvals
| Route | Steps in India |
